Each meal is to be bid on and won prior to cooking. The proceeds go directly to the Evil Club. Charity? What charity? Why do you think they call themselves the Evil club, they are their own charity. They just keep the money.
This scene shows the hostess (in red Evil Club attire) with three bidders, an orc lass, an oni lady and a wolf girl. The current meal up for bid is a young college student that fell prey to the EC's favorite ploy of requesting volunteers to help feed the hungry. Well, they didn't lie, but I don't think she realized how much of a commitment these Evil Club girls demand of their volunteers.
The other three meals-to-be are resting in their cages for their turn.
